Uplighting—Wireless RGBA uplights can be configured to match any color. These are placed around the room to provide soft columns of light or can be used to highlight certain features of the room.
Dance Floor Lighting
Basic Dance Floor Package—Features a Chauvet GigBar containing multiple lights (derbies, pars, lasers, and optional strobes) which is perfect for weddings or standard 20 x 20 dance floors.
Truss Lighting Package—For larger events, this 14-foot steel truss system is loaded with an inventory of dynamic special-effect lights. These include lasers, pars, derbies, strobes, color-lighted disco balls, water and fire effects, moonflowers, and more.
Neon Party Package—We offer a neon-focused lighting package complete with blacklights and UV lighting.
Fog—For our clients that want to literally dance on the clouds or those who want to apply a custom fog effect, we offer Chauvet's Nimbus fog machine.
Our talented lady DJs are accompanied by top quality professional-grade sound systems selected to provide crisp, clear, and vibrant audio. These include best-in class QSC K.2 series speakers that feature superior audio performance, as well as 800-watt Peavey PVXp powered subwoofers for exactly the right amount of bass. To complete the package, the ladies use Denon MCX 8000 digital controllers with music sourced from high quality laptop computers. For vocal sound, Abernathy Entertainment exclusively uses Shure dynamic vocal microphones (handheld and lapel); the best microphone brand in the business.
This photo booth rental has everything you need. Staffed by a helpful attendant, guests are assisted in creating fun photo memories at parties, weddings, and all types of events. It includes a large selection of physical props and unlimited photos that are printed on site. In addition, this package features a keepsake memory book for guests to sign at the event and includes copies of guest photos for the client. A custom backdrop and template is also created to match the event theme and an online link is provided to share photos taken at the event.
The social media photo kiosk is a fun self-service option for your event. It brings an interactive digital concept to your celebration that allows guests to take photos and choose from a variety of digital props and photo formats (single photos, boomerang pictures, animated GIFs, and filters) and have their photos automatically sent to their email inbox. A custom template is designed to match the client’s event theme. This kiosk is unattended and does not include prints.
For this unique and fun experience, guests stand on a platform as a high-tech camera revolves 360 degrees around, capturing slow-motion video to music. This service includes a custom overlay for your videos, props, a choice of songs, email and text delivery, as well as an online gallery of all videos taken at your event. The video booth is also staffed by attendants.
